Watts, a native of Westmeath, is currently showing Second to None, an award winning stop-motion comedy at Luan Gallery in a group exhibition entitled FRAME x FRAME. Second to None has won both the James Horgan Award for Best Animated Short and the Don Quijote Award for Best Animation. The artist will discuss his work in the animation industry and opportunities available for future animation graduates. As always during Ask the Artist events, engagement from the audience is welcome and opportunities to ask questions and join in the discussion will be plenty.
Ask the Artist takes place on Wednesday 08th November at 1.30pm. No booking is required but places are limited. The talk is open to the public, free of charge, with tea and coffee served.
