Luan Gallery Volunteer Appeal

Luan Gallery is looking for volunteers to assist with the invigilation of an upcoming exhibition taking place at the gallery from 15th February to 28th March.  


The gallery will present three solo exhibitions by emerging Irish artists; Elaine Hoey, Clare Scott and Louise Wallace. The exhibitions will run consecutively from February 15th to 28th March. 


Elaine Hoey is an exciting emerging artist working in the mediums of virtual reality, interactive art and gaming technology. Hoey's exhibition Surface Tension, will be presented in the New Gallery space at Luan and will feature work consisting of video installations and an interactive based installation using virtual reality technology. Elaine's work will involve the use of high tech equipment which needs to be invigilated at all times.


The gallery is looking for volunteers (English speaking and over 16 years of age) to assist with invigilation during the run of the exhibition. Volunteers are asked to commit to 1 hr slots.
